Charles Mille

Business Manager

Charles joined Patrick’s College Australia in November 2022, Charles has over 20 years of experience managing Registered Training Organisations in the Vocational Education & Training sector in Australia. Charles was manager for AusNAC CVGT, a provider of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services for 5 years, the Chair and member of the Central & Northern Sydney (Bay2Bay) Training Awards Committee for 10 years and has been a Rotarian in District 9675 for over 11 years, currently President of the Rotary Club of Padstow. Charles has completed a Graduate Certificate of Business, Graduate Certificate in Tourism Management, and an Advanced Diploma of Management.

Charles mantra is that “the student experience” is his number one priority each day.

Kristina Shead

Head of Operations

Kristina has had over 20 years’ experience in education governance, compliance and educational administration. She joined Patrick’s College Australia in July 2022 and has been actively involved in its applications for VET Student Loans (VSL), NSW Smart and Skilled funded training, internal auditing, updating its administrative management system, advertising, staff professional development, course content, delivery and assessment and articulation with higher education.
With her post graduate qualifications in educational management, languages, linguistics and TESOL she also offers assistance to students having difficulties with LLN and course management.

Andrew Zhu

Administration Manager

Andrew joined Patrick’s College Australia in March 2022. He provides services directly to students and has 15 years of experience in customer service and consultant service.

Andrew has completed a Diploma of Leadership & Management, he previously worked in several organisations, building, and run robust to customer service group.

Rosetta Amorelli

Business Trainer and Assessor

With over two decades of dedicated service in the vocational business sector, I stand as a seasoned and accomplished Trainer Assessor. Passionate about education and professional development, I have been a driving force in shaping the careers of numerous individuals within the industry.

Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in facilitating comprehensive training programs, meticulously assessing skill sets, and nurturing the talents of aspiring professionals. I have continually championed a dynamic and engaging approach to learning, fostering an environment that encourages growth, innovation, and excellence.

My commitment to excellence extends beyond the classroom, having actively contributed to the evolution of training methodologies and curriculum development within the vocational business sector. My wealth of experience enables me to adapt seamlessly to evolving industry landscapes, providing invaluable insights and guidance to both learners and colleagues.

Simar Chahal

Student Admin Officer

Simar joined Patrick ‘s College as Student Admin Officer in July 2022. Her Primary goal is to attend the students and resolve their issues and keep an eye on their progress report. Performing other Organizational tasks. She is always keen to learn new things for my self-development as well as very passionate to work in a good team and environment. Simar is well organised, positive attitude towards work and dedicated administration officer.

Simar has completed a Diploma of Leadership and Management as well Certificate 4 in commercial Cookery leading to Diploma of Hospitality.
